FAQ's
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address was correct. You should get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements and claims would have to be with the shipping carrier.
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Please note:
• Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
• Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold.
• Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.
• Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.
Apparel
Apparel products are generally packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer.
PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and wrapping films.
As of May 2022, we’re starting to gradually switch to 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products.
For some DTG apparel orders, we use compostable eco mailers. These mailers have the supplier’s name and composting instructions on them.
Hats
Structured hats are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes. Beanies are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers just like other apparel items.
Accessories
To pack phone cases, we use kraft or polymer mailers depending on the location. For speckled phone covers, we use small cardboard boxes. Jewelry is packaged in an eco-friendly black leatherette-covered box with a magnetic closure and cloth inlay. When shipped, they are put in an additional cardboard box. Sublimated products like socks are packaged in polymer mailers.
Home & living
Most sublimated items go in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. Mugs are packaged in cardboard boxes.
Wall art
Canvases also come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions of 12 × 18 × 2 to 28 × 38 × 6 in.
Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they’re encased in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap to add extra protection during shipment.
Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.
